What we deliver on site
Cold cutting and beveling for all types of pipes — carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and low-temp — in sizes from 2" up to 36" and thicknesses up to 54 mm and more, using low-clearance split-frame machines from E.H. Wachs (an American company for which AMCO has been the exclusive agent in Egypt for over 20 years). A specialized technical team performs these jobs to perfection.
Hot and cold tapping for all types of pipes during operation — stainless or carbon steel, with thickness up to 18 mm, under pressure up to 1,440 psi and temperature up to 280 °C. Our specialized team carries out these operations with high precision and full safety.
Socket and butt welding for all materials — stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy. Beam welding for I-beams, T-beams and L-beams, plus fillet welds for various sheet metals. All welding types are applied across the full range of thicknesses.
Supplying QC engineers, HSE engineers, executive site engineers, supervisors, welding & pipe-fitting foremen, rigger foremen, assembly supervisors, QC inspectors, HSE supervisors, material controllers and time keepers — plus GTAW/SMAW/plate/tack/STT welders, pipe & assembly fitters, grinders, riggers, helpers and electricians.
Sandblasting and painting; pipe-isolation works; installation of HDPE pipes; and the manufacture and installation of steel structures.
